-Principal Cellist of several orchestras, including Hong Kong Youth Symphony Orchestra, LCSD.

-Experienced in teaching young ages.
Pak Hoi Lam Sharon joint the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts as a junior student at the age of 10, majoring in cello and double bass. Sharon has rich experience in music performance. She participated in different competitions run by the Hong Kong Schools Music and Speech Association and won various prizes in the past years. She was awarded the Performance Diploma in Cello, Piano, and Double Bass from Trinity College of London.
Sharon graduated from the Diocesan Girls’ School. She was the winner of the 1st concerto competition of Diocesan Girls’ School, performing the cello concerto by Elgar with orchestra at DGS’s 150 th anniversary concert. She was also a recipient of the DGS Music Enrichment Scholarship, Exhibition for Music, and Instrumentalist of the Year.
Currently a postgraduate student at the University of Hong Kong, Sharon is keen in music. She has been principal cellist of various orchestras, including the Hong Kong Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Hong Kong University Philharmonic Orchestra, Hong Kong Medical Association Orchestra.
Sharon has completed successful concert tours and international competitions in Australia, Russia, and various cities of China. She was awarded the Talent Development Scholarship under the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Scholarship Fund in 2019/2020.
